The room had a roomy space. I found the breakfast buffet very stocked with lots of friendly staff ensuring a good meal.
Our bedroom WAS very very basic even though we had a superior room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Great Hotel with Helpful Staff

The staff was very kind and helped me find places of interest. The car park felt secure, even though I had a rental. I stayed in a room with a bathtub, which I liked. Restaurant and bar service was good. I walked to Massimo Theater and watched an opera.
The water in the fridge was charged to us upon check out. There was no price list in the room. I drank the water and was charged €140 on check out. The breakfast was not great at all. The egg and sausage were cold every morning.

The hotel location was convenient for daily walking tours and for waterfront park access. Cafes, museums, and the botanical park were also accessible. It made exploring very simple.

the breakfast buffet impressed me. it had many choices for a delicious start to the day. the pool area was very enjoyable, i found ample space to unwind. car parking spaces are available right in front of the hotel, very convenient.
