mixed experience due to room issues

the staff were excellent and very helpful i appreciated when they changed our room so could have connecting one
the room had two windows that opened very wide this felt unsafe because neighbors could practically walk in due to their balcony being so close there were no curtains or blackout blinds this was a problem on the last morning because natural light flooded the room

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. It only blew hot air. There was no resolution offered to address this issue, despite my complaints to the staff.

i appreciated the hotel location. it featured many restaurants and grocery stores nearby and public transport access was simple. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, what i like. i was pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of staff.
the air conditioning was somewhat weak. that was the only slight issue .

the hotel features a modern design and includes a lovely inner garden. i noticed two complimentary water bottles inside the room's refrigerator. the hotel provides convenient access to nearby attractions using public transportation.
