Excellent Hotel Stay

The room and the entire hotel were kept very clean. Breakfast was certainly busy but the staff worked diligently and quickly to clear tables for the next guests. I barely heard any noise from other guests, I was also undisturbed by outside traffic. I found the tram stop conveniently located across the road. It only took about ten minutes to reach Princes Street. Buses were also available making transportation very accessible.

The customer service I received was commendable, especially from the staff who assisted with directions and provided helpful information about local attractions, I appreciated their patience and willingness to assist with all requests. The staff were always smiling.

My room smelled strongly of tobacco, and the sheets and pillows had a strong smoke smell. The bathroom door also didn't close properly, I was very upset.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient it was near a tram stop. this made access to the city center easy. the bed was comfortable and i had a good sleep.

my room felt a bit cold during the night. i couldn't adjust the air conditioning because it was noisy. the hot food at breakfast wasn't hot enough for my liking.

the car park cost £10 per night. i found little storage space for clothes and luggage in the bedroom. breakfast was crowded and noisy on several mornings, with some hot food items not being replenished promptly. the breakfast area seemed too small given the number of guests.

The location provides easy access to public transport. The tram stop is very near so travelling into the city center is simple. The staff were helpful and very cute on arrival. The room was ready. Breakfast choices offered enough variety for me. Kasey made food for us, which I appreciated GREATLY.

The breakfast was a real disappointment. there were very few options for vegetarians, and the cheese selection was completely missing. the marmalade was rock solid. You could barely spread it, it was very poor, actually.
