excellent location, some minor issues

the location was great and central. the staff were helpful when i needed assistance. i liked that the breakfast was extensive and offered a large choice.
The room facilities were poor with no tea bags or milk provided. I found paper cups instead. the shower also lacked a mat, and there were no grab handles. the television signal was also unusable.

the staff were helpful. the lady at check-in was friendly, even helping with parking. the barman was nice. i could not have asked for better service from them.
the plugs in the room were dodgy. there was little by way of disposables in the room. the television signal meant it was unusable. there were paper cups in the rooms.
