The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The free beverages in the fridge were also nice. The boat with the shoots was adorable.
The reason for this low rating is due to the fact that front desk are not be to solve the smallest things. I had different bookings and merging those required paying a ridiculous amount. I asked for late check out due to a late flight and the hotel asked for 2000 bath for 3 hours extra.

The staff was very attentive. They always offered assistance. Breakfast included free-flowing fresh coconuts. This was a great touch. The pool area was clean and inviting. It featured a quiet atmosphere. I also enjoyed the pizza. It was one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I have had.

A nice stay
plant-based optionsfresh juicesexcellent comfort
I found the breakfasts plentiful. There were many plant-based options. Fresh juices were available each morning, along with fresh coconuts. I appreciated that my room was very clean. The bed provided excellent comfort.
A small issue arose when I noticed some sunbeds were saved early. This made finding one later a bit challenging.
