extensive breakfastfriendly staffrooftop bardirty towelweekend noise
The breakfast was quite extensive. Staff members were friendly and helpful, I really liked that. The rooftop bar had a nice pool. It offered parking, many restaurants were in the area, and public transport was close to the hotel.
One of the towels was dirty. It was really noisy during the weekend night. There was loud music, and people partied till 3 am.

rooftop poolfaulty treadmill displayunavailable airport shuttle
the rooftop pool offered a pleasant experience (i enjoyed a few hours there).
I found several issues . the gym equipment seemed old. The treadmill's display did not work. also, the advertised airport shuttle was unavailable at my departure time, which forced me to arrange alternative transport at the last minute. this caused unnecessary stress.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was indeed close to bus stops, shops, and restaurants.
The room I booked lacked a balcony. Upon arrival, the room smelled like it had been smoked in previously. As someone with asthma traveling with children, this was a real concern.
