Excellent Hotel Experience

The breakfast was very nice. A lot of choice was available, everything fresh and delicious!!! The bed, mattress and pillows are very comfy. The view from the room is fine. A hotel manager really did his best to find a solution for our request.
The spa was really small, and information was not available on when children could use it.

The room was beautifully clean and overlooked the sea. It was quiet and very relaxing. Maid service occurred daily. I particularly appreciated the calming atmosphere of my room after a long day.

Guests can use facilities of a neighbouring hotel, a VERY convenient perk. The pool had a lot of sunbeds and good access to the sea. A coffee shop and an ice cream shop provided lovely refreshments.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to. They accommodated dietary needs with care and attention. One lady, Uvegail, was particularly helpful with food choices.

the daily housekeeping was thorough. the reception was consistently helpful, a real plus. i also appreciated the proximity to multiple restaurants. the sea view from my room was amazing each day.
The drilling woke me around 7 or 8 am. it was a definite disturbance.

the pools are well kept, offering guests a choice of several options. i saw many free loungers near the pool. the surrounding area is beautifully kept, and the water in the pools was clean and warm .

the location was very central. staff offered amazing service . i found good cleanliness throughout. breakfast provided adequate choices each morning. the building work nearby causes some disruption during the day. It would have been nice if this had been resolved.
i found the room decor dated and slightly worn. carpet needed replacement in places. the bathroom tap presented a maintenance issue. i informed reception, but no one fixed it .

The breakfast buffet was nice. I enjoyed the wide variety of options. The hotel provided great access to the pools of sister hotels. The spa was a fabulous thing.
The pillows in the hotel are filled with feathers. There was no other option.
