the food in the restaurant was acceptable. (i did appreciate the variety of dishes).

The room felt smaller than advertised, and the promised welcome chocolates never materialized. i also found the noise levels from the street quite bothersome. I could hear traffic well into the night. the breakfast service was slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order of toast.

i liked the comfy room alot, it was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. the complimentary coffee was very good too.

the shower did not drain properly. it caused overflow onto the floor. this water damage warped the floor.

the room was beautiful. it was clean. i noticed wonderful details such as fresh milk and treats plus a handwritten note. the shower was great and the hairdryer was powerful.

the only issue i had involved the absence of elevators, it made carrying my suitcase up to the floor difficult.
