i found a free upgrade to a top floor room with a view of the back garden! extra parking was available, located round the back (it had secure access). breakfast was great (especially the sausages!). the tables were arranged so our party could sit together.
the room was very warm, possibly due to a heated mirror in the bathroom.

the staff sorted out the tables, allowing our party of fifteen to sit together. on check out, the staff proved helpful with all our queries. i greatly appreciated the swift and attentive service.

the room included air conditioning, which i needed. it also had sufficient heating for winter. the bathroom was a good size and very clean (i liked the modern style).

there was extra parking round the back in case the front car park was full. the hotel had secure access. the venue was very well prepared with very pleasant staff.

The breakfast had plenty of variety available. It was acceptable.
I received an email asking for a review. It was sent to a Do Not Reply address. I am unsure if they wanted feedback. We stayed Saturday, July 19th, and the bed was awful. The mattress was lumpy and old. The parking fee seemed like a rip-off.
