the staff was indeed friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well kept. the location near east station made travel convenient. i found the simple breakfast quite adequate for starting my day, though the parking was expensive!
the shower's pressure wasn't ideal, it felt more like a drizzle.

a gentle retreat

the staff was very kind. they were helpful with my requests. my room was really clean and comfy. the complimentary breakfast gave a lovely start to the day. there was great variety of food.
i noticed the room lacked a floor mat in the bathroom. this made using the towels a bit slippery. it wasnt a catastrophe. but something worth thinking about for sure.

Mediocre Stay with a Few Issues
broken locksingle chair
I encountered several problems . The room had a broken locking mechanism on the door. It needed an extra push to close properly. there was only one chair provided, despite it being a double room. I found this quite inconvenient.

Some Issues Noticed During My Stay
bedroom door lockloud music
The bedroom door lock was broken. Some lights did not work properly (they turned on, but did not turn off until later). The air conditioning unit was loud and ineffective. I also found that two functions occurred , resulting in loud music until late and noisy guests outside my room. (I did not appreciate the wedding events.)

mixed feelings about this stay

the reception area looked really nice.
the room was dusty and i have allergies so it wasn't great. the shower wasn't clean either, with hairs present and a used soap bar left behind. also there were two functions happening until 2 am. i wasn't thrilled considering i was told it would end earlier.

I discovered the staff to be excellent. khurram stood out. The team is very lucky to have him. the hotel had nice decor. in-house catering offered tasty indian room-service meals..
the limited breakfast did not offer many choices. there was literally yoghurt, hash brown, mini frankfurters, white and brown bread, fried eggs, two pastries and beans available to select.

the hotel is conveniently located for driving and is about a 10 to 20 minute walk from various restaurants and shops, a great balance for convenience and accessibility. parking can get tricky during events.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice and clean. lots of parking was available. the value for money was good too.
The door in room 107 didn't close automatically. I needed to push it. the locking mechanism was broken. there was only one chair in the double room.
