central location friendly staff authentic breakfast
The staff was friendly. the location was central making getting around easy. breakfast was superb i sat watching people pass by. It felt authentic. i appreciated the prosecco upon arrival after my flight.
the plunge pool on the roof was small. it felt more like a foot bath than a swimming pool. the terrace seemed designed more for events than guest relaxation.

Really good Stay Experience
luxury touch helpful staff tasty breakfast
The hotel's location allowed easy urban exploration near restaurants and local attractions. I received a complimentary room upgrade (charmed!). The staff was helpful. They created a nice experience. The breakfast included fresh fruit, cheese, ham, and Danish pastries. a cooked breakfast to order.
I found the hotel's rooftop plunge pool very small. There were no sunbeds on the pool's edge (a bit disappointing). The hotel prioritized space for events over guest relaxation, limiting its usability.

The room was spacious and everything was super clean. Housekeeping kept it super clean and provided nightly turndown service with a sweet treat. The comfort was excellent.

The staff welcomed us with glasses of Prosecco, it made our arrival extra special. The team assisted with trips and addressed our needs. Their attentiveness.

Breakfast had a fantastic menu, spanning healthy yogurt to a full English. The breakfast staff ensured we had plenty to drink and eat. They always started our days off to a happy start.
