I found the staff cute. They offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. The room provided was spacious and included excellent facilities. It had a very peaceful atmosphere.
The room was near the linen storage (I could hear sounds early), and too much light entered the room.

The location was great, near restaurants and the city center.
The room felt pretty basic for the price I paid, and I noticed grease marks on the headboard. The bathroom door also had handprints all over it. It was really disappointing.

the room wasn't great, especially considering the price. i booked a superior king room, but the window was small, and the room felt dark. there was a view of a wall. several things in the room needed repair. the hotel really did not meet my expectations.
