charming stay
beach access concierge service quality food
i enjoyed the hotel's location offering beach access the sea view was pretty i found my room very clean and quiet the hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere i liked the breakfast it was really good and the staff were accommodating. i also found the hotel's location away from dublin's hustle appealing brian the concierge helped with a day's itinerary and arranged a driver i walked to malahide along the coast it felt safe. my room was spacious and the food was of quality.
the hotel looked to lack upkeep in rooms the bed felt old and uncomfortable walls showed scuffs and dirt i noticed the furniture looked outdated the shower didn't work properly with a stuck knob i found no air conditioning or mini fridge

the staff seemed kind and helpful brian offered support the concierge addressed my needs effectively the breakfast service was efficient and prompt staff members consistently showed attentiveness and readiness to assist guests

clean room sea view lovely space
i found the reception staff cute me so professionally. the room i stayed in was clean with several facilities and a wonderful sea view. the breakfast was amazing because it featured plenty of choices set in a lovely space overlooking the gardens.

slow service locked doors
The service in the bar was really slow. Often, i waited a very long time to get served, it was like a management failure. i was never able to get a sea view table in the restaurant since it was always fully booked. The many steps and stairs in the hotel made it difficult to navigate. Doors leading to the beach and outdoor seating were locked, so i could not access that area.

relaxing spa afternoon and helpful staff
refreshing sorbet enjoyable facial seaweed bath
I enjoyed an afternoon in the spa. anacatarina greeted me in the relaxation room with refreshments. i chilled before my treatment, and donna gave me a really enjoyable facial. anacatarina then brought me to the seaweed bath treatment room. she explained the benefits and set up the meditation. sorbet with fresh fruit arrived next. It tasted fab.

The hotel offered closeness to the beach. access to the beach was really convenient. I enjoyed being near the sea, and it was easy to take walks along the shore whenever i wanted to. the view was fantastic, but the trip was elevated by two exemplary individuals.

The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfy. the sea view from the room was fantastic, but the room was like a spare bedroom that needed a refresh. i did have the beautiful sea view. That we paid extra for, though.
