Room cleanliness was commendable. I find the central location helpful. The staff offered assistance with my luggage.
The noise from nearby hotel at night was considerable. I needed to use earplugs to sleep soundly.

I checked in and the lobby felt beautiful. My room had a comfy bed. The breakfast team WAS very kind and attentive.
The single room felt small. The bathroom had a bad smell. It needed a fan. I could hear noise from nearby vents. This made opening the window difficult.

helpful staff multiple channels wide selection excellent reception
I found the reception area excellent. the staff was helpful at check-in. my room included a television with multiple channels. It was easy to use. the included breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold items.
the bathroom was quite small though it was clean and functional.

a balanced stay experience
spacious area great location unwelcoming staff long corridors
the ground floor area felt spacious. i found all the facilities in working order. the location was great for getting around.
the staff seemed unwelcoming. i reminded me of i was bothering them. also, there was no help offered with luggage. the corridors felt long and there were several stairs.
