I checked in and the lobby felt beautiful. My room had a comfy bed. The breakfast team WAS very kind and attentive.
The single room felt small. The bathroom had a bad smell. It needed a fan. I could hear noise from nearby vents. This made opening the window difficult.

I found the reception area excellent. the staff was helpful at check-in. my room included a television with multiple channels. It was easy to use. the included breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold items.
the bathroom was quite small though it was clean and functional.

The location was acceptable. Everything i wanted to see was nearby.
The room i was given was surprisingly small, it felt cramped. the ventilation was poor. There was a musty odor, and the only window opened just a crack (quite annoying). also, the street noise at night made it hard to sleep. Shouting and general ruckus continued until late.

a balanced stay experience
spacious areagreat locationunwelcoming stafflong corridors
the ground floor area felt spacious. i found all the facilities in working order. the location was great for getting around.
the staff seemed unwelcoming. i was like i was bothering them. also, there was no help offered with luggage. the corridors felt long and there were several stairs.
