service inconsistencies detract from the stay

rude managerminimal toiletries
The spa experience was subpar. The manager was rude and condescending to my friends, which really soured the mood. flagging this at reception didn't help either. i also noticed a lack of attention to detail in the room. The toiletries were minimal, with only shampoo and shower gel provided. it felt more like a standard hotel than a luxurious one.

I found the grounds quite lovely near Dublin. My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. Staff provided very good service throughout my stay. The pool looked great.

Excellent Stay at the Glen

The room was spacious and clean. It had a lovely view of the golf course. Breakfast and dinner were both great. Staff members were super friendly and helpful. The Client Liaison Manager. Both golf courses were easy to access. The Glen course was particularly special. There seemed to be plenty of staff. The service in the restaurant was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The furniture in the bedroom looks tired and needs some updating. I also noted that there were no robes or slippers in the room as advertised.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that catered to many tastes. I also noted the bar area had several tables set up for dining. The restaurant had a great view overlooking the surrounding nature.

the hotel was super clean, i loved that. the rooms were spacious. the fireplace downstairs made it extra cozy. the lobby area had comfortable seating, i spent time there.
i thought the pool area could use some upgrading. it was still functional. but a little dated
