the staff readily provided ice each evening upon request. they also arranged a taxi for an early morning departure. a room facing the back garden presented a view of fiesole. breakfast offered a wide assortment of choices.
the room was slightly smaller than expected, though still functional.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station. It took less than ten minutes even with luggage. i also found the walk to the city center to be fairly quick, about fifteen minutes.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The location was convenient for accessing the main railway station. Friendly staff provided assistance when needed (they helped me with directions).
The air conditioning system was not functioning optimally. I could not adjust it from my room, it had to be done by the administration office. Street noise was noticeable, even with the windows closed. I found this disrupted my sleep.

i found the breakfast excellent. there was a variety of food offered including cooked meats and fruit juice! accommodation was of a high standard with air-conditioned rooms. the bathrooms were modern with large showers. apply, twice.
The hotel has no parking possibilities. Auto got parked 10 km away by an employee. i wasn't allowed to come along for some reason. There was a scratch on the auto.

the breakfast offered many choices, it catered to various tastes. the staff were friendly and provided assistance when needed. fresh towels were supplied daily, i found this very convenient. its location near the railway and bus stations greatly aided day trips.
drilling and banging persisted until late evening. it made resting in the room difficult.
