complimentary drinks handwritten note dirty hallways worn carpets
the staff welcomed me with complimentary drinks. my room was large and very clean, it was wonderful. i also found a handwritten note with chocolates prepared for me, oh my.
the hallways looks like it needs a paint. i think the carpet choice wasn't suitable for a hotel with heavy traffic.

luggage storage helpful staff convenient location hot water broken bidet room door
The hotel offered a luggage storage service, helpful. The location was also quite convenient to the train station. I found the staff to be friendly too. It.
The hot water took more than ten hours to be restored. The room door did not close smoothly. The bidet was not working. It was a real inconvenience.

peeling wallpaper small bathroom
The location was great near the train station and an easy walk to the center of town the breakfast was also good.
The room felt a little tired the wallpaper was peeling in some spots the bathroom was small I felt cramped the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool it was disappointing

a magical stay!
perfect location fluffy pillows super clean bathrooms helpful concierge
the hotel is situated perfectly close to the train station! i found the rooms exceeded my expectations and the beds provided the fluffiest pillows. the concierge assisted with luggage and explained all room facilities very tenderly. bathrooms were super clean.
I noticed some slight noise coming from outside due to the proximity to the train station. It was a little difficult to sleep, just a little bit.

fresh fruit delicious pastries
the breakfast service included many choices. i ate a lot of fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the location was very close to the train station and it made traveling easy.

convenient location helpful staff adequate room positive comfort
I found the location convenient, directly across from the train station. Staff members were notably helpful. They stored my bags before check-in, providing me with a drinks voucher. Rooms were adequately clean. The provided comfort contributed positively to my stay.
The initial room allocated needed a bit of dusting on some surfaces. The bathroom could use an update.

central station drinks voucher clean room
the location impressed me it is next to the central train station this made travel simple the staff helped me store luggage before check-in i got a drinks voucher for the bar this was a nice perk the rooms were clean and the environment was comfortable
the hotel had a strong bleach smell throughout the building it was noticeable
