The staff was very great. The hotel exuded charm with beautiful grounds to explore. Parking was ample and conveniently adjacent to the building. The walled kitchen garden was a highlight (especially during blossom season).
The bathroom was rather small.

The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The dining room staff was particularly attentive. They accommodated dietary needs well during breakfast.

the grounds were beautiful and immaculately kept. i especially enjoyed the walled kitchen garden, as it was in blossom. the dining room staff were helpful in making a family lunch very special.
i thought the experience should have been elevated significantly for the money i paid. the room seemed dated but adequate. this level of quality is unacceptable at that cost.

The hotel had beautifully maintained grounds. I particularly enjoyed the walled kitchen garden, in full blossom (it was such a treat). The reception staff gave me a wonderful welcome on arrival, and my accommodation, a Courtyard Standard Double Room . All staff I encountered could not have been more helpful.
The bathroom was on the smaller side. it was adequate for my needs .

The hotel features a spa with a pool, steam room, and fitness area. The pool area includes about 20 loungers. The spa facilities are well-kept, and I found everything very clean, and the fitness area contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The staff were attentive and very friendly. Little touches were appreciated. I had a custom request in the restaurant, and the team accommodated it with no problems. They even wrote happy anniversary on my dessert (even though it was my birthday!).

My Courtyard Standard Double Room was very cosy. The room included a television, safe and trouser press. I appreciated the ample hanging space in the closet. The room featured a well-lit desk area and provided free WiFi.
