amazing stay!
close location breakfast variety beautiful decoration
the location is super amazing, it is so close to lots of pubs and shops. breakfast had a variety of food and was included. the hotel is decorated so beautifully inside and outside!
the room lacked proper cleanliness and the toilet seat felt very unclean where it connected to the main part. old pillows are in need to be replaced and the carpets on the stairs needs cleaning. rooms face the street, so the noise is very high.

the hotel provides complimentary high-speed internet access in all areas, so you can stay connected. each room includes a tv with satellite channels for entertainment, very useful after a long day. i also noticed central heating throughout the building, keeping it nice.

the restaurant offers a full english breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, so it is so fresh. they provide many options with dietary restrictions, for example gluten-free bread. the dining area has seating arrangements, so everyone can fit.

the staff is available 24/7 at the front desk to assist with any questions or requests. they offer luggage storage, so you don't need to carry it with you. i saw housekeeping provide daily room service.

The bathroom was very big. It featured a separate bath and shower. I found the food delicious! The hotel is centrally located.

a decent stay
tasty breakfast nice ingredients small room no air conditioning
the included breakfast was good. the tasty food used nice ingredients. i also liked that i could leave my bags before check-in and after check out. it was very useful.
my room was small. i found the lack of air conditioning problematic. i opened the window but the noise from the street made sleep difficult.

hot room noisy street
the location were central.
the room was too hot and had no a/c. i opened the window, but the street were too noisy for sleep. the fan helped, but it were not a perfect solution.
