i found the staff to be fantastic. nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and they were always helpful. breakfast had a great choice of items, including hot, perfectly poached eggs. my kids especially enjoyed the pool, and the family room suited our needs well.

i did notice the heating in the bathroom was very hot. i was unable to turn it off, made the room uncomfortable at times.

I stayed in a standard double room and found some aspects disappointing. the bathroom was dated and showed signs of wear. i noticed a small amount of mould near the shower area. The shower head had inconsistent water pressure. this detracted from an otherwise adequate stay.
