wide selection convenient addition good heating great shower
Breakfast offered a wide selection, including excellent coffee from the on-site coffee shop. The room featured a Nespresso machine, a convenient addition. I found my stable-style room in the separate courtyard superb, equipped with good heating. The shower-room included great shower facilities.
A hairdryer in the room would have been useful.

friendly staff good breakfast no reply dirty shower
the staff looked friendly, rooms suited our needs for a short stay of two nights. breakfast was good too, and the lady who served it was SO lovely.
my car unfortunately BROKE down and i tried to ring the hotel, but there was no reply! so, alas, i had to pay the full price. the shower was also very dirty, with grime all around the controls.

Convenient Stay Near Temple Newsham
modern room friendly staff broad selection
I found the location excellent for attending events at Temple Newsham. It was a short taxi ride followed by a 20-minute walk. The room was modern. It was clean and well appointed. The staff members were friendly. One lady with bright trainers was particularly nice during breakfast. The food menu provided good pub fare with a broad drink selection.
I found the mattress too soft. It seemed like I sank into it. Every spring was noticeable and the mattress made noise whenever I moved.

The breakfast was prepared to order and tasted good. It was served hot. My room included a Nespresso machine, helpful in the morning. Breakfast choices were ample, and the coffee quality from the on-site coffee shop was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay for Temple Newsham Events!
cosy room good facilities friendly staff
This place was exactly as expected. The room was cosy and had good facilities. It perfectly suited my needs for attending a concert at Temple Newsham. Staff were super friendly. I particularly remember the lady with the bright coloured Adidas trainers at breakfast. I will definitely stay again for another gig at Temple Newsham.

excellent selection presentation friendly staff no stairs loud chef chaotic reception hot drink
the breakfast menu had an excellent selection and the presentation was good. the staff were efficient and friendly. i enjoyed the fact that there were no stairs.
The chef was very loud and we could hear him talking from our room. the reception felt chaotic. It did not feel like a warm welcome. unlike our previous visits we were not offered a hot drink.
