clean roombroken remote
the room was very clean.
the stairs were narrow and winding, and it wasn't easy to carry my luggage up them. the tv remote didn't work, and i asked for it to be fixed, but nobody came to check it.

the room was very clean.
the insulation was poor so noise was a problem all night i barely slept. also, the location didn't feel very secure at night i felt unsafe there.

the room was not properly soundproofed. i could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms (this was annoying). also, the shower was small and the water pressure fluctuated a lot. it made showering a real chore.
