the hotel staff were attentive and helpful before my visit. i exchanged several emails to arrange a surprise and they were especially helpful. the gym had modern equipment, plus, i saw that the spa facilities were super clean. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and omelets were made to order. i commend this hotel

the downstairs pool area did not have enough sunbeds. guests could not be accommodated at the pool. i found this disappointing.
