I found the staff helpful. they promptly addressed my questions and requests. the hotel's location was convenient. i liked that it was only a short walk to the beach and nearby shops, the food quality was good. i enjoyed the variety offered at each meal. Everything tasted fresh. i especially loved the desserts.
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times.

My room included a balcony with mountain views. It was so nice to see this. the bathroom had a walk-in shower and provided complimentary toiletries. air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature, i had no issues.

the food quality impressed me it was great value for money. the staff were kind and attentive especially the kitchen and bar staff. i appreciated the variety offered during each meal. i found the pool area and the terrace where we ate were good.
the room was not cleaned properly upon arrival i noticed dust and dirt. i had to wear my shoes in the room because the floors were dirty. one bed felt broken with a piece of wood hanging from the underside. sleeping on it was uncomfortable it seemed like an exercise mat.
