the location was acceptable for my needs.
The gym equipment was broken and unusable. A real letdown. there was little space inside the hotel. this made downtime quite difficult to manage.

the breakfast offered numerous flavors and was excellent. the staff remained friendly and polite throughout my visit. i appreciated their help with luggage storage after checkout, this allowed me to further enjoy the city before my flight. i was also received immediately, even though i booked my room only thirty minutes before arrival.
i noticed only a very slight lack of air freshener in the room. while minor, it's something to consider.

The beautiful double room was clean and modern. It included good bedding. the location was quiet, and there were a few shops and restaurants in the area. plus, the tube station was close by.

there is free parking outside the premises. the pool area is great and very relaxing, perfect for a refreshing swim. i found many facilities nearby within a short walking distance, very convenient.

The breakfast had many choices. The chef cooked omelettes on request.
I requested extra pillows via the app but received a reply that they were unavailable. The next morning, I asked for a blanket because there was only a sheet. I was told to lower the AC, and they had no pillows or blankets. The gentleman at the desk was rude and inconsiderate.
