i was grateful for the friendly and helpful staff . the hotel has convenient stores nearby which i found useful. i particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from the lounge and breakfast room on level 25.
the air conditioning in the room was not working well, the room was hot. it made for an uncomfortable night.

i loved the guest lounge on the 25th floor, it had free tea, alcoholic drinks and snacks plus a pretty city view. my room also had a nice view i was thrilled. the location is perfect it is within walking distance to attractions. bus and tram stops are close too. plus donki is nearby a 7-11 is right across the street. everything was so convenient.
the self check-in was available though staff helped but i prefer a personal welcome. i felt a bit like i was servicing myself rather than being served. i would like some service especially when i am on holiday.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They assisted with luggage delivery from the airport and stored it for me. Check-in and check-out were simple. The location is fantastic as it's close to the Peace Memorial and shopping areas. The hotel offered a free guide detailing the events in the city.
The room seemed slightly worn, and did not entirely meet the expectations set by the online pictures.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered different options each day. The top floor provides complimentary snacks and drinks with wonderful city views. There are pudding and yogurt available every night in the lobby.

The staff displayed really good customer service skills. They are very friendly and helpful. They worked through the delivery of my delayed luggage. The hotel provides free coffee and ice cream.

The location was convenient , near key sites. the staff were helpful and polite. the lounge on the top floor was a nice touch . It had free drinks and snacks during certain hours.
the room was very hot , and the air conditioning barely worked. there was mold around the window in my room. the bathroom seemed outdated and cramped , needing updates.
