terrible pillowsnoisy floor
The check-in process was quite annoying. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence or greetings. the pillows were terrible. also, my room lacked a window, a real problem for me. being on the third floor meant constant noise from the nearby laundry room, shared kitchen, and coffee area. i will not return here.

the room featured a bunk bed setup, designed like a pod within the room. a fridge was available, including a separate bathroom with a shower. air conditioning worked well, and each bunk bed had a curtain. i appreciate that my luggage was already in the room when i arrived.. there were enough towels available downstairs at reception.
i experienced one slight inconvenience regarding breakfast bookings. i had to. i booked through a third-party site, and i was not able to refund the pre-paid breakfast costs. it would have been helpful to know this in advance.

the room was well-equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning and a private bathroom. each bunk bed had its own curtain providing privacy, and i found the separate bathroom with a shower very convenient.

i liked the room layout and the bathroom. they made good use of limited space. the hotel location is also well positioned for seeing the bomb museum and miyajima.
the staff weren't very cute, and they seemed arrogant. they didn't say hello when i arrived, and they were very rigid with timings. we weren't allowed to check in even a few minutes early.

The hotel had a cool aesthetic and modern facilities. it was central, so i could easily reach trains and trams. the upstairs bar area was a bonus. I enjoyed a drink after sightseeing.
the internet didn't work. i advised the staff, but they could not help. the breakfast situation seemed ridiculous. i tried to book it and was told it was fully booked, even though plenty of space were available.
