underwhelming stay with hidden fees
extra chargesflimsy towel
I was really frustrated with my stay. the room felt really outdated, like it hadn't been updated in decades. It even had old, sagging twin beds. plus, the refrigerator barely kept anything cold, and the linens felt cheap, it was annoying. i ended up paying extra to use the pool and they gave me this flimsy towel and a plastic chair on the grass. what a waste of money!

the convenience store was well-stocked. its prices seemed reasonable (which i always appreciate). the bus stop outside proved useful for getting to and from the city center. the ferry service to miyajima was convenient and quick too.
the evening buffet felt expensive and not very good. the food labeled as hot was actually cold. the bar area did not feel cute despite the lovely view (a real shame).

The hotel location offered great views of the bay and islands. I enjoyed walks around the cornice, but the food shop in the lobby was especially helpful. The transport system was convenient, even though it's far from the city center.
The hotel charges extra for using the pool.
