musty odoursmall room
i didn't like the experience. the room was smaller than i thought. the sink being outside the bathroom felt really strange. there was also a weird smell in the hallway, a musty odour, and it.

beautiful onsenfriendly staff
The hotel features a beautiful onsen. The location is close to subway lines and bus routes allowing easy access to tourist destinations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also offers easy access to a large number of restaurants and shops.
The restaurant almost exclusively offers food for Japanese palate.

helpful personnelmildew growthmoisture problem
the personnel was polite and helpful. i found that acceptable
the rooms felt smaller than expected, and moisture seemed to be trapped. mildew was growing on the carpet near the mini fridge in my first room. they moved me to another room, but there was still some mildew growing along the wall next to the bathroom. it was a bit worrisome
