faulty air conditioninglimited drying
i found the air conditioning difficult to regulate it seemed either too cold or too warm there was also a problem with humidity in the room the washing machines were not fully functional drying clothes proved impossible even with an extension and the room lacked proper ventilation

My room had a tea set. I enjoyed it (especially the matcha). The hotel offered luggage storage before check-in. The room temperature was adjustable, and that was very CONVENIENT. The tv displayed the public bath status. This helped me avoid crowded times.
The pillow provided was too soft.

the location was very convenient being a short walk from the train station. the multilingual staff managed our luggage shipment to the next location. the room was surprisingly large, especially compared to other japanese hotels. i slept very well in what may have been the best hotel bed i have ever experienced.
The bathroom trash bin was quite small. It could barely hold a few items.

The reception staff was amazing and helpful. One person suggested the best places for visits. they handled luggage efficiently. the status of the washing machines and dryers on three different floors can be checked on the tv.
