I ABSOLUTELY loved the location. It's PERFECT. We easily walked to the Gion district, various shops, and markets. I found the staff members genuinely lovely. They were very accommodating. They provided luggage delivery to my next hotel!!!

I noticed that the room service was only provided every other day.

the staff was very helpful with getting a lost item sent to the hotel. the rooms were very clean, well equipped and modern. i appreciate the good location for visiting city shopping and going out sightseeing.

i noticed some wear and tear on the fixtures and furniture. i hope the hotel will address this soon.
