The hotel room was beautiful. It felt so fancy! the spa was amazing and clean too. every staff member was kind and helpful, i really appreciated that.

The sink and shower could've been cleaner when i arrived. That was a bit of a letdown. the lights and switches were confusing, i struggled to figure them out.

the hotel has a japanese vibe. the staff are helpful. my room was clean, and i found it comfy. the spa facilities were a great way to relax after exploring each day. there was no extra cost for using them!

The lobby smelled strongly of incense. It was lovely. the triple room provided ample space relative to other hotels i stayed at. the onsite spa offered a bonus for my group at all hours.

The hotel room was very clean. but the cleaning could improve. The extractor was full of lint and made a noise constantly.

The location was surrounded by various restaurants and convenience stores, i found it very convenient. the staff was cute and friendly. my room was clean and well maintained, i enjoyed having a robe and slippers available to me. the hotel had a good scent.
