the lobby featured tasteful design with comfortable seating areas.. the staff was attentive to guest needs. karya assisted us kindly. the hotel offered transport to taksim and back, which i found very useful.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated the attentiveness to my needs, especially from Esra and Tolga. Breakfast had wonderful variety and options for made-to-order items. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to Taksim Square. The room was always super clean, important to me.

The breakfast met my expectations. There was a nice selection of items.
the ac in my room didn't work properly for a few days. i was told there was a general problem, but this wasn't proactively communicated. the biggest disappointment was the new year's eve event because the hotel advertised it, but it was run by a third party, something not disclosed beforehand.
