i found the reception staff helpful. the breakfast was generous and offered many choices. the location near the metro made it easy to get around. the street was quiet, contributing to a peaceful stay.

every staff member at the reception desk was kind. breakfast had delicious options and was well served.. the rooms were neat. i found the location quite nice.
the hallway and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. the bathroom felt very small.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
breakfast selection coffee machine bathroom design
The breakfast selection provided a good variety. A coffee machine with capsules was available in the room. The bathroom design was lovely. I found a Carrefour supermarket just around the corner. The Metro station was a two-minute walk away.
I originally booked because I thought the hotel offered laundry services. However they only offer dry cleaning services so I had to find a laundromat.

The room had been renovated and it looked new. The bathroom had a good size. There was a balcony on our floor and this was a plus for our stay.

Acceptable Stay, Noticeable Issues
torn carpet moldy bathroom
The location was good, placing it within walking distance of main streets.
The room I was assigned was not up to par. The carpet was visibly torn, and there was mold present in the bathroom. I asked for an iron, but the process to get one was overly complicated and unsuccessful.
