mixed feelings about the stay
broken shower handle outdated safety check
I had to wait quite a while for my room. It was past check-in time. the shower handle in my room was broken, it actually came off. i found that the safety check for the iron was out of date by over a year, and the wall socket for it was damaged. it made me concerned about overall maintenance.

attentive staff brownie bar fresh water comfy bed
the staff were attentive. the food at the wild brownie bar was great. i found fresh water and tea and coffee in the room. the bed was comfortable. the view was really good.

i appreciated the spacious, beautifully decorated room. the view of the loch was gorgeous. the bathroom included a powerful shower, which i found refreshing.
