upon arrival, i found only one set of towels were present in my double room. the spa reeked and looked unsanitary with fungi present. half of the saunas were closed.

I found the staff to be really helpful. They were always trying to assist. the location was also convenient. It made getting around easy.
the gym felt quite cramped. there was barely any room for stretching, and mats were absent for post-workout routines. the pool water was also uncomfortably cold.

Charming Stay in an AMAZING hotel!

The SPA was really good. It featured two saunas and a large swimming pool. The building itself was lovely, and centrally located. The staff were very competent and polite. The check-in process was smooth with great service.
The gym was quite small, packed with machines, and I found barely any space to move. There was no room for stretching.
