decent location, ROOM disappointing
dated room minimal insulation
my stay experienced a couple of notable setbacks. the room was quite dated, certainly not matching the photos displayed online. the bathroom was also rather SMALL, with a shower that proved quite cramped. additionally, I found the walls offered minimal sound insulation. It was difficult to sleep sometimes because of this.

a tranquil embrace by the lake

The hotel grounds reminded me of a private park. I admired the careful landscaping and serene atmosphere. breakfast was wonderful, with a tasty selection including pistachio croissants. the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the owner. i enjoyed the rooftop terrace offering views of the park and lake.
The room lacked a full-length mirror. It would have been useful for dressing.

the staff provided really good service, addressing all needs with care. the owner was present at reception, answering questions. janika, the pool bar staff member, made extra effort to accommodate us by the pool.

the double room offered a great lake view from the balcony. it had a fridge, a safe, and nice toiletries. the room was cleaned every day. the beds were very comfortable, just all we needed.

The hotel location was tranquil. It was set slightly apart from busier areas. the hotel provided parking. the setting allowed easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. it was a short walk to many restaurants.

Wonderful location!
friendly staff comfortable bed fantastic ground
I found every staff member friendly. Giulia, the owner, was so helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the area is lovely. The grounds are fantastic. You can tell this is a nice hotel.
My room did not look like it was advertised. The room was very small. I could barely fit a suitcase in it. It did not look like it was upgraded recently.

The breakfast included a tasty selection. It had a great range of items. A restaurant is located on site and I dined there a few nights. The food was delicious.

My lovely room had a fridge, a safe, and nice toiletries. It also included a balcony. The room was cleaned daily. I found Netflix on the television in my room.

fresh fruit pool area small room unreliable wifi
The breakfast was great with lots of options I liked the fresh fruit. The pool area was very nice it included plenty of sun loungers..
Our room was quite small, I barely had room for my luggage, it was inconvenient. The wifi was unreliable, I struggled to stream videos SOMETIMES.
