The location was quite pretty and very unique. The staff were helpful. I found a very good selection of wines. The food was AMAZING!!!
My room did not look like what was advertised. It was a very small room. I barely fit a suitcase. It did not look like it was decorated recently.

The hotel grounds seemed like a private park. I admired the careful landscaping and serene atmosphere. breakfast was wonderful, with a tasty selection including pistachio croissants. the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the owner. i enjoyed the rooftop terrace offering views of the park and lake.
The room lacked a full-length mirror. It would have been useful for dressing.

the staff provided really good service, addressing all needs with care. the owner was present at reception, answering questions. janika, the pool bar staff member, made extra effort to accommodate us by the pool.

I found every staff member friendly. Giulia, the owner, was so helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the area is lovely. The grounds are fantastic. You can tell this is a nice hotel.
My room did not look like it was advertised. The room was very small. I could barely fit a suitcase in it. It did not look like it was upgraded recently.

The breakfast was great with lots of options I liked the fresh fruit. The pool area was very nice it included plenty of sun loungers..
Our room was quite small, I barely had room for my luggage, it was inconvenient. The wifi was unreliable, I struggled to stream videos SOMETIMES.
