expensive coffeebroken lightbulb

The coffee at checkout cost me 4 euros! for a supposed four-star hotel charging a thousand euros for three nights, that's just ridiculous. also a lightbulb in my room wasn't working and the ceilings were really low. i mean seriously. Who designs these things.
