The hotel is near both the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. A metro station is around the corner. Many pubs, cafes, and restaurants are also nearby. The staff was very nice, providing quick assistance during check-in. I could store my suitcases with ease. Beds featured comfortable mattresses.
I found the bathroom to be quite small, making movement while showering a bit difficult.

outdated feelthin walls
The hotel's aesthetic promised luxury, but the reality felt a bit outdated. The walls seemed thin. I could hear the cleaners quite early. The bathroom was small, a real squeeze. only one key card was given. This caused a bit of inconvenience as I had to leave it at reception each time I left the room. the hotel's appearance was disappointing. It didn't quite match my expectations.

the check-in was speedy, and i appreciated being able to store my suitcases after i checked out. the staff was professional (they really knew what they were doing!). the location is super convenient with easy access to bars and restaurants.
street noise was noticeable at times (particularly from nearby bars late at night).

the staff were kind (i liked that).
The room lacked a proper closet. It only had a few hangers above the bar. the shower head was also broken. i had to use it as a handheld shower for my entire stay. also, my room faced the street, so it was noisy until late at night (not ideal for sleep).
