the location was acceptable.
I was annoyed by the room size. It felt quite cramped. the bathroom was also a problem. The shower temperature kept fluctuating wildly. it.!!

the location IS convenient, near many attractions.
the room felt quite dated. The wallpaper looked worn, and THE furniture seemed old. the bathroom tiles SHOWED cracks and missing grout.

lovely touch spacious room coffee facilities
The team greeted us warmly, assisting with our luggage right from the car. Our room, a light and spacious Classic King Room, featured a large bed and ample wardrobe space. I liked the tea and coffee facilities along with the provided toiletries.
The room service menu felt somewhat limited in its options, a slight disappointment.

i found the room clean with good linen. a birthday cake was a lovely touch. staff members were attentive, ready to assist with anything i needed. i felt very well looked after .
work was being done on the exterior of the building. it did cover the entire facade. the gardens were not accessible, disappointing.
