Excellent Hotel with Nice Details
hotel location spacious room efficient breakfast
The hotel location provided easy access to many areas. I found the room spacious and the bathroom well-appointed. Breakfast service was efficient (I especially liked the variety).

An Acceptable Stay
attentive staff convenient location small room slow check-in
The staff were attentive during breakfast. They remembered my coffee order each morning (especially appreciated before a busy day). The location is also quite convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions.
The room was smaller than I anticipated based on the photos. The carpet also showed some wear and tear (I didn't feel it was a deal-breaker). I also thought that the check-in process was slow. I waited about 20 minutes.

Excellent service and clean rooms
amazing service delicious food awesome staff
The staff provided amazing service. The food was delicious. I recommend the avocado toast. Maria and Aga Patricia were awesome .
The reservation system is bad. I booked a room and wanted to cancel within hours, but the hotel refused a refund. It felt unethical to hold my money.

Fantastic Stay at a Wonderful Spot
fresh fruit egg dishes coral room lobby fireplace
The breakfast included fresh fruit. It also had vegetables and cooked-to-order egg dishes. I especially loved the gluten-free pancakes. The coral room is beautiful (and perfect) for drinks with friends. We sat by the lobby fireplace one afternoon.
The wifi was not so good. It was hard to get a signal, and the connection kept dropping.

The area has convenient access to many shops. Transportation options are also readily available. This makes exploring nearby attractions very easy, and there are several dining choices.

restrictive policy intrusive questions
The location was acceptable, very close to many attractions and the underground (tube).
The minibar policy seems restrictive. I could not store personal items like water. The hotel asked intrusive questions about my travel plans. This felt a little uncomfortable (especially as a solo traveler).

breakfast buffet comfortable bed
I found the breakfast buffet delicious. They offered a great variety of hot and cold options every morning. The bed was comfortable!!! I slept soundly each night and I woke up refreshed.
The room service menu had limited options after 10 PM. I would appreciate a wider selection.
