easy accessrooftop poolcity views

Rocco was so nice during check-in and check-out. The location is great, with easy access to the station. The rooftop pool provided amazing city views. I found it very excellent.

mixed feelings about this stay

missing penunnecessary authorization

the room service seemed a bit off. the waitress didn't have a pen for the breakfast sign, i mean seriously? also, i was asked to authorize £50 on my card, even after paying £300 for the room and another £53 for just two glasses of champagne! it felt completely unnecessary, like they didn't trust i would pay or something. a pen and better communication would improve the experience.

the room was modern and super comfortable. i also enjoyed the rooftop with the heated poolwith an very nice view over the power station.

i found the lobby to be a bit worn with drink rings on the tables. it seems like the furniture needs a refresh.

The location offered convenient access to many attractions. The rooftop infinity pool was a lovely feature. I found the garment steamer in the room a thoughtful extra. The helpful reception staff provided excellent assistance.

I noticed the heavy blackout curtains had a small gap at the bottom, which allowed some sunlight into the room.

The staff offered immediate and helpful responses to requests. Sabrina was particularly lovely at check-out. The concierge provided limited assistance securing taxi services.

i found the hotel well-located near transport options. the nearby battersea power station offers shopping and dining choices. the hotel provided a steamer instead of a standard iron. blackout curtains were installed to darken the room.

the blackout curtains did not completely block light because they were slightly short.

the staff members were caring and attentive especially when interacting with children. a special mention to vincent, ahmed, and yvas is warranted as they contributed to making the trip nice.
