Really good Stay with Wonderful Amenities

The rooms are spacious. They included convenient pool access. Sunset views are lovely! The location allowed quick trips to Kotor and Tivat by car. Parking was free, a great advantage.
The breakfast was a major disappointment. Shaded tables were scarce, and hot food stations were often empty! I noticed a staff member spend too long arranging coffee pots, failing to refill an empty juice dispenser.

The hotel features two pools, one of which is for babies. There is also a modern, clean suite. a garden. Sunbeds were readily available, even when the hotel was full.

The staff were generally kind, but some communication issues occurred. A complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service is available. Staff arranged sandwiches for us on our early departure date.

Breakfast service happens near the pool, and the staff are attentive. There is a rooftop restaurant named Cielo nearby. The breakfast had a large choice of items.

The hotel offered free airport transfer. Staff gave tourist information. The chef was hands on with guests and there were varied food choices. I asked for birthday decorations and the hotel delivered these for free.
The breakfast was not stocked. Items were always out of stock. There were no cups or cutlery. Soundproofing in rooms did not exist therefore a baby's screaming could be heard.

the breakfast was acceptable , with a variety of vegetables , cheese , eggs , and bread.
the service was not good at all. i had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper , as it was not replenished. also , the tv in the room did not work , and despite reporting it , it was never fixed . the phone on the balcony was also broken , and that remained unrepaired as well.

The staff was helpful in arranging taxis. I also rented a car for two days due to their advice on local attractions. Breakfast was rich, and I found the cleanliness standard excellent. The hotel location also proved very convenient.
The hotel kitchen lacked essential equipment. It included only a kettle and mugs. There were no utensils or plates available for meal preparation.

The reception provided prompt assistance with taxi arrangements. Staff members were helpful when I needed to rent a car. These services contributed positively to my travel experience, helping me explore the area efficiently and without delays.
