I found the staff to be very cute and helpful . The hotel provided a secure garage to store our bicycles, very convenient. I was pleased that the reception staff accommodated our early arrival by allowing us to access our room without waiting.

the breakfast had many options i especially liked the grape juice i don't usually find in hotels. the staff was also super friendly it really added to my stay.

the spa cost extra and it wasn't advertised this was disappointing i expected it to be included. the shower took a while to heat up a real waste of water honestly.
