The hotel provided good free items such as green tea bottles. I found coffee too.
The room was small for two people with suitcases. It felt cramped! The hotel also lacked a lobby. I was really surprised by this.

the breakfast was acceptable (i especially liked the omelets!).
I was disappointed to find no laundry facilities. the bed also seemed like it had not been cleaned well. I found a hair immediately. i probably would not stay here again because of those issues.

I found this hotel utterly charming. the staff was genuinely friendly, their smiles felt sincere and brightened my mornings. i was also grateful for the luggage scale near reception. It spared me from overweight baggage anxiety before my flight.
the laundry service seemed rather pricey. i wished they offered a simple wash and dry option at a more reasonable price, as dry cleaning reminded me of overkill for everyday clothes.

i was super impressed with the breakfast! so many choices and everything tasted really fresh and delicious. plus, the hotel is just a short walk from the metro station. i found it very easy to get around, and there were plenty of food spots nearby.
the room was a bit warm, even with the window open. it wasn't a huge deal , but it was a little uncomfortable.

the location was convenient with easy access to the subway and nearby dining options.
i stayed for several nights and breakfast quality declined noticeably the buffet was often sparse with little variety. the breakfast room was uncomfortably hot. the carpet in my room had visible stains suggesting a need for better upkeep.
