the staff were really friendly, they always had smiles. i found the breakfast options amazing, lots of variety (i tried everything!). the hotel had beautiful cultural touches, especially in the lobby.
The room was way too small. I stayed several nights and felt cramped. there wasn't enough storage for my clothes. Just a few hangers and no dresser. the gym also needs more free weights.
