street noiseinadequate insulation
the room assigned faced a busy street. constant urban traffic made sleep difficult (earplugs are essential). the windows did not provide adequate insulation against the noise. i also heard other guests returning late at night, bumping into doors.

the staff were cute and helpful . my room was very clean and well maintained, which i appreciated. breakfast offered generous portions of fresh fruit and juice, exactly as i needed for a great start to the day.
i noticed a slightly musty smell in the hallway on my floor, nothing too alarming though.

the double room i occupied had a comfortable bed with quality linens. i found the provided toiletries in the bathroom to be of a good standard. there was also ample space for luggage, made settling in easier.
