The hotel is near the shuttle stop to the abbey. It takes you there directly! the room was pretty basic. It was also quite comfortable. the staff responded helpfully to questions. I found them efficient and polite.
The restaurant had limited options. It was more expensive than i expected though.

The room had basic amenities and blackout curtains. It was also quiet. the room was clean, fresh, and a good size. I found it very relaxing. i slept well in the twin beds, they were comfortable and supported my back well.

The hotel is right next to the shuttle bus stop. This made access to the abbey easy. the free shuttle runs frequently. It provided convenient transport. the location was excellent. I could easily explore the area.

the free shuttle bus stop is located right outside the hotel. blackout curtains ensured a very good night's sleep. i found onsite parking for €16 per day, this was very convenient. the staff were GREAT.
i found there are no elevators to access the second floor. carrying luggage up the stairs was quite difficult. the lack of a restaurant on site was inconvenient.

the hotel is super close to the shuttle stop. That was helpful. the staff assisted in retrieving a forgotten item, which i found very kind. also, the breakfast had lots of choices, from continental to cooked cereals.
the room felt a bit older, more like a motel style. the cardboard cups were not good to drink from!

The hotel's location is ideal because the free shuttle stops right outside. I found the breakfast superb with many tasty options available. The room was spacious and very clean i appreciated that. The hotel is near two restaurants too.
The main lightbulb didn't work and there was a leak in the bathroom every time i had a shower.

The shuttle bus to visit the Mont stopped right in front of the building, making it convenient.
The room had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like sewage. I requested a different room, but the second one had the SAME odor. This was disappointing for a so-called four-star hotel. The restaurant staff was not very kind. A waitress rolled her eyes when I asked a question.

the location was very convenient. it was close to restaurants. the shuttle pick up point was also nearby. the room was spacious. it had simple furniture with lots of storage space. i found the breakfast to be delicious. there was a great variety of choices.
the staff was unfriendly. the receptionist and her manager said that in france you get only one drink per room. this was for gold members. the room layout was a bit awkward. i think the hotel looks tired.
