super close to everything

my room was big and nice. being so near the train station and the city center really helped. it meant we could walk around to all the places we wanted. it was a amazing trip with easy access everywhere!
the hotel listed bike rentals as an extra, but they didn't have bikes. this was a bummer because i was looking forward to a ride. also, the sauna wasn't working, and nobody told me till i asked.

the hotel staff was super helpful at night, even when i had a late question. i didn't need to wait at the reception and they gave me candy. this made the service really nice.

the courtyard was super nice. there was a good view of the area and a really great location. the building looks beautiful. it was easy to find my way around and use things like the mini fridge and air conditioning.

the room was super spacious, and the whole hotel smelled like soap. there was youtube on the tv. i could totally live there. i had a bedroom separate from the living room which gave me lots of space.

The room itsself was large. Self check in, it was easy to use. i found the honesty bar a nice touch. VERY clean room, it was.
Staff not so very helpful about item reported missing from room when we returned. There was no follow up, an apology offered or recompence offered. Amenities in room not replenished automatically, that is bad.
