Check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful. The outdoor pool was clean and well-kept . I noticed the hotel offers convenient access to nearby walking areas for dogs. I also appreciated the comfy mattress that contributed to restful sleep. The hotel included a desk in my room that was beneficial for working.
The breakfast decor could use a little updating.

the breakfast had a decent selection.. even covering some medical needs.
the bedspread had multiple stains and the white comforter looked dirty with yellow stains, it was quite off-putting. my phone stuck to the end table, a sign that it wasn't properly cleaned. the tub was also not clean.

The hotel was quiet and a bit outside the way of downtown. it still has quick access to locations but isn't directly in the middle of town. The mountain views from the windows are top notch. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the included breakfast was adequate.
The desk clerk on duty was ill-mannered when i asked about limited parking near the entrance. he threatened to have my vehicle towed if i parked in undesignated spaces. It was unacceptable behavior from a customer service employee

the king bed was cozy, and the room offered extra space. a strong smell of bleach was present initially, but it dissipated after opening the window and running the heat. the rooms are generally clean.
